Technical Recruiter

Communicate with HR and Virufy leadership for the available positions and their requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with HR and Virufy leadership for the available positions and their requirements
  • Source and screen technical candidates (ML, Audio Processing, Signal Processing, Data Science)
  • Create job postings and post them on relevant channels
  • Coordinate interview times with decision makers
  • Work with outreach team to update social media
  • Crowdsource potential candidates
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a sourcer, recruitment agent, or related role
  • Understanding of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Desired Skills

  • Highly responsive, flexible with hours.
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
  • Hours

  • Minimum 10 hours per week on a part-time volunteer basis.
